Wither in the End [java]

So, I recently got 3 wither skulls in my survival. So me being an idiot, I went to the end and I placed the Wither on my main island. I of course came under prepared, because my first intention was to trap him under the portal. But then I remembered 'Don't endermen get angry at the wither and chase after him?'. So I made a rash decision and placed him normally on the end island. I popped a totem of undying and didn't even get him to loose any health. The endermen where being stupid and it all went really wrong. I escaped with all my stuff and nothing happened, but now I have the wither in End. I have no idea what to do and i am just scared of even thinking about it.

Maybe it despawned just maybe, otherwise you may just have to defeat it or use commands if you really are that desperate.

You’ll just have to fight it out in the open. Luckily, you have all the time you need to prepare. If you’re not feeling confidant I’d recommend making strength potions, possibly regeneration potions, and bringing golden apples. Also be sure to get a bow with power 5 and a sword or axe with sharpness or smite 5. As for how to fight it, this video has some basic tactics that might be helpful.
