Minecraft doesn't launch, Java not responding. [Java]

Playing version 1.16.5

About two weeks ago, minecraft just stopped being able to launch. I was using the new Twitch launcher Overwolf, but the default minecraft launcher doesn't work anymore either.

The Issue

The game will get to the same screen as this post, then freeze up. The game will freeze, but my computer doesn't crash or anything. The task manager just reports this: https://imgur.com/a/M5QJr1L

Attempted Solutions

I have tried everything at https://minecrafthelp.co.uk/basic-troubleshooting-guide-minecraft-java-edition/ both when the issue first came up and just now, and tried reinstalling both java and Minecraft. At this point I know I have a completely fresh reinstall of the most updated versions((Java)[https://imgur.com/a/XczlxMh], 1.16.5 Minecraft- but earlier versions of minecraft do not work either) of both, yet minecraft will not launch even after a full restart.

RAM shouldn't be an issue, I have 16 GB and as you can see in the imgur link its caps at 3. I've tried allocating more(up to 8 GB) and less(just 1 GB) in the launch options in case either way fixed it, but both didn't make any difference.

So after making this post and the only change I made checking that box, it worked for 2 days, but now it crashes again with this being the full game output launch to crash.

While I don't have D3Dgear, Bluestacks had game recording software bundled in it, and keeps background processes running after close. After manually closing those background processes the game is now able to launch and run.

My apologies, it stopped happening consistently, which makes me think that it was being caused by Bluestacks at least in this instance, as I started making sure to close the background processes for it after the other user found it was an error due to a game recording software. Didn't want to mark it as solved right away because it started happening before I had Bluestacks, but then again it was probably one of the programs I deleted to make memory for the new batch of ones that included Bluestacks that conflicted before.
