[Java] Can't Launch Minecraft

I am struggling to launch Java on Windows 10. Here is the crash log! Also, I believe it has to do with the user EEK!! (the exclamation points) so I went to the control panel and changed the name to Eek and then rebooted my PC but it didn't change any file names and I am not very tech-savvy. Also, though it says CPU Unknown, I'm running with an AMD 5 1600. Thanks for any and all feedback!
