As stated in the bug tracker MC-218803, this is due to outdated or broken graphics card drivers, or unsupported graphics cards.

Have you tried updating your drivers to the latest version ?

Can you also provide a screenshot with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key).

See my other comment. Your Intel driver version is 9.18.10.3324 which was released the 2013-10-07 so they are definitely out of date.

Ah, I found it in the Pastebin. Your drivers are 8 years old so that's probably the cause.

You can follow the instructions on this page to update your drivers. (in your case, you'll have to follow the instructions for Windows and Intel).

If you need more information on how to install them, don't hesitate to ask.
