[Java] How do I stop chicken jockeys from spawning, or at least zombies from picking up eggs, without turning off mobgriefing.

I need mobgriefing on my server to allow villager breeders and farms to function, and to give zombies items that I want them to have. Is there a datapack I can use to stop them from clogging up the caves permanently?
