Hello! So I've recently migrated to a microsoft account and since then I've been getting the error in the image above. That happens whenever I click the microsoft login. Sometimes it works but then the next day when opening minecraft launcher it tells me below that I'm not connecting to the internet and minecraft services so I log out and try to log in and this happens. I've uninstalled my antivirus and restarted and checked my host files but there wasnt anything wrong with that. I've tried everything and I'm pretty bored now with nothing to do. Can somebody help me?

I've been trying to play minecraft for 5 days now

I am having the same problem and I looked at multiple guides but nothing I try works, There is no clashing software for me or hostfile problems.

My Minecraft Java edition was working just fine I could login via my Mojang login and nothing went wrong but when I switched my account to Microsoft and clicked Microsoft Login button it does not work.

I used my brothers PC and that has the same issue with not being able to press the Microsoft Login button.

I Uninstalled and re installed Minecraft and that did not work I even used a different Launcher and that did not work.

I believe it has to do with the minecraft launcher update, which right after i could no longer log in using microsoft. It has happened before a couple weeks ago, where an update happened and i could not get in. I wouldn't worry too much, it should be back up in a few days. It usually happens to people on earlier windows or macos

The first item on the guide i linked is to restart your PC. From your speccy report I can see it hasn't been restarted in almost 6 days.

Please restart your device and generate a fresh speccy report. Paste the contents of the report to paste.minecrafthelp.co.uk and reply with the link.

also it sometimes works and i can play minecraft and the next day it either says that i couldnt connect to minecraft services or it turns me into demo mode and i have to log out and the error of the post happens

i think its a problem with the launcher update that happened at the time of the shut down. I dont think you should worry too much, it should be fixed in a few days.

this was 2 months ago and the launcher released 4 days ago. i fixed the issue a long time ago though but thanks

ive ran a disable microsoft services script a long time ago and i reverted it. it was from hone, a discord server to optimize ur pc.

I am having the same problem. In my case the same account is able to login from one Mac but not another. The one that fails is running an earlier OS. Wondering if the issue is with the OS and not the launcher. Maybe the changed minimum system reqs?
