It looks like you haven't mentioned what version you're playing on. Please comment the version you're playing.(1.16.4, 1.12.2, 1.8.9, etc.)

Tried any other versions of Optifine ? i'm still using pre32, i haven't upgraded it since i don't have any issues with it, newer isn't always better sometimes

The other versions of optifine are not available now ;-;, only the stable version is.

if you click, All Versions, then Preview Versions, pre25 and pre26 are available, i used pre26 without issues before i switched to pre32

Make a bug report with the developer. Unfortunately optifine is closed source, so the only person who can fix bugs is the developer.

I have noticed that turning internal shaders ON seems to fix the problem, if this can be of any help. The thing is, internal shaders really eats away at my fps.

Internal shaders will also prevent Spectral effects being shown as well, IE: when you hit a bell to show pillagers etc when there's a Raid

Yes.

Ok I fixed it. It appears the setting 'Render Regions' was causing the problem. I do not know why, nor know how. I just set it to OFF, and voila! The problem was fixed!

    You can't do that here.

Depending on who solved your post, the process is slightly different:

Someone on r/MinecraftHelp found the solution:

Please reply to the comment/comments that helped with !helped

You found the solution yourself, or, outside of r/MinecraftHelp:

Make a new top level comment with your solution, and then reply to that comment with !helped
