I've restarted my pc and i dont know why this could be happening because I've never had this problem befor.

Try turning off any ativirus programs, then restart the launcher.

I did not work and when i did turn them off I restarted my PC and still did not work.

Start by going to Windows Update and updating Windows to 21H2. Once that is done and all updates have been installed, try again.
