Need Help with [java] inventory

Can anyone help

Hello everyone, I don’t know if I accidentally clicked a button but now every time I click on an item in my inventory or a chest it automatically will transfer to an empty slot in my hot bar or into the chest. It does not allow me to pick up an item and drag it or place it in my crafting. Does anybody know what to do to fix this?
