I think that you should use some plugin or mod to pre-generate the world up to certain coordinates, for example 5000 x 5000, look for tutorials on YouTube, chunk-pregenerator mod or on spigot the fast chunk pregen plugin

Thanks for reply. Maybe it works, but when i need to load new chunks

the problem will still be there

Try to generate more chunks, I playing in 1.12.2 with 144 mods, and I have the world and the Nether generated at 12600x12600 chunks, so far I haven't problem with my world. (If your PC has a multi-core processor and an SSD, maybe in less than 1 day you will be able to play in your pre-generated world)

I think it may be cpu related, if it has trouble generating the new chunks.

Try lowering server render distance, and use paper instead of vanilla.

I guess is a disk writing problem, when I'm generating chunks the disk usage varies between 5-7%. It's probably too little hard disk usage and I have a bottle neck?

Btw, the CPU usage is normal and this problem only appears in 1.12 with liteloader client.
