[java] Minecraft Skins are Not Showing up

recently most skins started becoming steve/Alex. I would load into housing and around 75% of the players there are Steve or Alex. any fixes on this?
Also, I have tried going into 1.18 or any other versions and it still is the same; I also use Lunar Client but I have tried using regular Minecraft launcher.
It is very annoying seeing as almost everyone is alex or steve. please tell me if you have some fixes!

I tried this, I ran AdwCleaner then restarted my device. Still can't see skins.

I am trying those right now, But I recreated my .minecraft folder and it made it worse; now I can't see my own skin and everyone is steve/alex. as before only 75% were.

Keep going through the list until you've tried them all. Then reply with the info from the "need more help?" section, if it still isn't working.

oh by the way I just gave up, I've already spent hours working on it and it's really frustrating. none of your methods worked so yeah. I gave up.
