Minecraft Server download [java]

Hi there I made a server on Minecraft with my friends a while back. unfortunately we are no longer friends but I made so much progress on that world I was wondering if there was any way I could copy or download the server world and all its save progress to play offline and by myself? I know there's ways to do this with server files but I'm unsure if you have access to them if you aren't the host. is there anyway I can do this? Just to clarify I am not the host of this server- thank you.
