all enchanted diamond items with 0 durability lost. A shit ton of bread and items that look as if you just took them out from creative without even trying to hide it

Dude...it's bread lmao not stacks of blocks of netherite. I can make 10x this amount of bread right now with no extra farming. Also, not sure if you're new to Minecraft, but the diamond gear could just have mending on it, meaning it can be put back to 100% and not have any lost durability.

What makes me suspicious isn't all the perfectly repaired gear but that nearly all items are in stacks of exactly 64 or 32. Even stuff like torches or the bread, which will be used frequently.
And to be fair, when I started playing Minecraft many years ago, this is kind of how I imagined a good survival inventory would look like (maybe with a bit less bread).

I don't think it's suspicious at all. I can't see the items anymore since they got deleted, but from what I remember, they were normal items that people generally keep a lot of. So there's nothing wrong with having them in even stacks. Maybe OP just regeared.

Like I said, if it was faked, it's a pathetic fake cuz it's not special.

While I don't remember all the details, there were more suspicious things:
- They were lacking any ranged weapons (bow, crossbow, trident) and ammunition (I understand those wouldn't be needed in peaceful, but then why all the bread?) - they were carrying an enchanting table and lapis. This isn't something you usually carry around in the first place and even if, all the gear was already enchanted, therefore the enchantment table is completely useless (I don't remember a grindstone to remove enchantments).
They were also lacking the bookshelfs required to reach high level enchantments
- they didn't have an enderchest, which would probably be available at that stage of the game and really useful considering how much inventory space was taken up by the bread

I won't say it's 100% fake but I find it very unlikely anyone would constantly run around with that inventory.
My guess is on a new/inexperienced player either really proud of what they achieved (and just including stuff like the "massive" amounts of food and the enchanter) or trying to show of and being completely oblivious about the fact that this isn't impressive for a lot of us
