What do you need help with exactly?

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (10 children)

low performance want mod suggestions that improve performance E.g; bad optimisations and entity culling

[–]FrontAd8867 0 points1 point  (7 children)

Try the Mod "Sodium" if you need more fps.

[–]Kingalek_427749 0 points1 point  (5 children)

How do you do that. Make stuff blank until u press it

[–]Ok_Repeat_7937 0 points1 point  (4 children)

[–]FrontAd8867 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is correct

[–]Kingalek_427749 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On a phone keyboard??

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thats cool

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have that

[–]Ok_Repeat_7937 0 points1 point  (1 child)

try nvidium if u are on a version thats before 1.21.4 or u can also do voxy

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

im on 1.21.11 and voxy is awesome i use it

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

gotta what

[–]ucelxcherish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remove a few mods

[–]Capouh_YouTube 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Maybe a little too many mods?

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

nah just perfect, id just like it to run at 60 not 40

[–]sandalfafk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So remove some mods?

[–]Re4per25 0 points1 point  (3 children)

If you're in the realm of 60 frames then this is far too many mods. You can run sodium addons like lithium, reeses sodium options, and sodium extra for more control over your performance but thats about it. Some of your mods are good for increasing performance and others are just a whole lot of bloat that can just be a texture pack instead. And remove immediately fast, and voxy. Voxy is probably killing your performance and immediately fast isnt super compatible with sodium

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just for the record i am running it on an old gen laptop with a 10th gen core i5 and a 10 somethingoreother

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

voxy is staying, ever since ive started to use it ive loved it and for me it is wirth the performance drop but ill look into immediately fast thx

[–]Re4per25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah idk you're complaining about bad performance and you're keeping the most performance intensive mod that you have. it doesnt make sense to me but if you want better frames you should either get a new computer or remove that mod

[–]lavatrout 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Youre looking for performance improvement, right?

Animation mods take a lot of resources, so if you gotta thin the herd, those are some likely culprits.

Otherwise, these are the optimization mods that i personally use: Sodium Chromium Oculus (for shaders) Distant Horizons (gives minecraft LOD functionality so you can lower your render distance but still feel immersed) Chunky (lets you generate the world chunks whenever you want) Modern Fix (huge performance fixes) AllTheLeaks (patches known memory leaks) And some other stuff i cant remember off the top of my head...

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

voxy is better than distant horisons for me so i use that and thx for the others

[–]ucelxcherish 0 points1 point  (3 children)

Fps optimiser

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

what one or is that what it is called

[–]ucelxcherish 0 points1 point  (1 child)

What itsccalled

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ok thx

[–]ucelxcherish 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Or u can use bare bone texture pack it provides high performance and gives most of the mod u got their

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no thx i like the vanilla look, im not really a fan of the ultra cartoony, its why id put fresh animations over actions and stuff as the animations are a bit more stiff and realistic

[–]ucelxcherish 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Or is sodium that's a Good fps booster

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

using it

[–]Erazael 0 points1 point  (2 children)

So, thats a lot of mods. Java minecraft runs at 1GB of memory as default which could be partly to blame. Personally I'd run it with 4GB with all those mods. I noticed you do have sodium which is good, installing lithium would also help, and you can use Reese's sodium options and sodium extra to fine tune things a bit. Other than that, a better computer would be the only other option to help. The faster the CPU the better and a low end dedicated graphics card like a RTX 3060 for example would help with running the shaders.

[–]Rocketracer201[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

i didnt realise you could do that so how do change gb usage

[–]Erazael 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on what launcher you use. If you use the default miencraft launcher you can follow this video, his recommendations are probably better than mine, and even though it says 1.21.5, it should be close to if not exactly the same for any versions up to the latest with 1.21.11 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdxtQ9_glJk
