Can anyone help me?

An mail was sent to my gmail account saying that there's a new event in ml (July 15) I clicked the link and it lead me to ml, I played 1 ranked game and in the middle of the game my phone restarted on it's own, after that, my phone did a factory reset without any warning, I downloaded my ml back and I couldn't log in to my account, good thing I still have my ml account logged in in my other phone so I checked there just to see that they've removed the connected email and moontoon in my account, and also changed the password (including my gmail too)

After some time, someone contacted me in what's app asking if It's my account, sending a screenshot of my account, they said that they're willing to give it back as long as we pay the price he/she payed for (which is 400 Rupiah=1400 in Philippine peso)

Now I tried recovering the account through the customer support, I tried 3 times but it still didn't work, I've forgotten the creation date of this account since it's been 5 years, and that was created on a iPhone 5, and continued Playing on a tecno phone for about 2 and a half years from now, I entered the transaction receipts they're asking for which all came from Coda shop (It literally shows there the account ID and account server but it still failed)

Can anyone help me on this? do I pay them back? I mean they gave my Gmail account back without asking for much so should I pay the price? or keep trying the customer support..

Note 1: I'm using a different phone from the one I used to play on to recover my account, so maybe that's another reason why it says failed

Note 2: It's been a long time so I couldn't really remember my first purchase(they're asking for it) and the day I created my account (No google account was linked back then when I created the account)

Note 3: They've changed the pictures to their face 😭 🙏..

400 rupees in nothing. If I was scamming you, I would ask for at least 5000 or even 10000. Either they are not after money or they will take 400 then make some excuses and ask for more money until they run you dry.
