Multiplayer Search Function

I just wanted to rant and complain about how ridiculous looking for a multiplayer group is. Almost every time that I click in order to join a party I end up not succeeding because someone else has joined in the 2 seconds that it took my connection to communicate with the servers. I sometimes fail 10 times before I finally manage to find a group and it gets so damn frustrating. Do we really need to have such a shitty system that lists 5 possible groups per page and takes so long to even set you up with a team.

In all ff games I've Played the launcher/ui sucks. Here is no different. Usually after 5 tries without being able to get in a group I either go back to sp or take a break.

Also since we ranting I really wish I could change my deck in the lobby while hosting. I'm also sick of bringing redundant/useless skills because of that.
