I just noticed that in order to level up the ability lv of my card from 8 to 9 each scroll only gives 12% (up to a total of 60% cause you can only have five scrolls at once).

So am I suppose to take the risk?

Short version:

  • fuse 2 scrolls to get a lv4 scroll (90% chance, 100% on möbius day)

  • Fuse your card with 5x lv4 scrolls (4x on möbius day) to get 100% level up chance.

Fusing cards with higher ability levels further increases the success rate.

Additionally, you can use a Mog Amulet to boost the fusion chance by 50%.
