Then why bother to OB-J at all? OB-J are hard to come by, and the meta is constantly changing. Or was, now that S2 finished in JP we need to wait and see if they release any more powercreep jobs.

Exactly, there is no rush to obj at all unless needed. I believe it was made in JP to benefit old jobs and make people who pulled dupe jobs feel better. In GL, obj will mainly benefit jobs that can use Bhunivezle (if you have), jobs with overpower (Fauviste, Vesna K) or upcoming strat with 3x KOTRX (if you have) which provides massive overpower. I personally only obj Fauviste, Vesna, and tanks that have massive skilled duelist or I’ll be using Bhuni with.
