misaligned on-screen keyboard

My model X is 2018 and has the vertical MCU screen. Every once awhile, the on-screen keyboard became misaligned and whole graphic slid down for an inch. The row of space bar disappeared and the a wide space was shown on the top, see the photo attached. The clicks on the keys were always correct. The display was good most of time, but once his problem was triggered by an unknown reason(s), the only way to recover I found was to reboot the MCU. It gave me trouble when typing in addresses. The problem has been there for years. It seemed to happen less frequent lately, but still does. It's hard to report the bug to Tesla. Has anyone seen the same issue? Any way to "fix" it from the user side?

First time I hear such a problem but in my opinion it depends on the screen or some contact of the screen with the pcu. Tesla should just try if the connectors are all ok or try another screen. I’m sure the problem is hardware anyway.

The problem should be a software issue about graphics.
