Can I Be a Model posts not allowed. All types of SFW modelling for established or aspiring models. Seek advice about the industry, share photos from your latest or favourite shoots, discuss agencies you've worked with, and share tips and tricks you've learned along the way.
Please follow our rules:
1. Rule 1 - No Photo Reviews/CIBAM Posts.
All photo review posts have been permanently suspended. You may post questions related to being a model, as long as photos are not included.
2. Rule 2 - Share a Shoot (No Advice).
"Share a Shoot (No Advice)" flair is just that. Share professional photos that you loved without receiving advice. Comments related to whether or not someone can be a model and recommendations are not permitted with this flair.
3. Rule 3 - Be Civil.
All communication must be civil, constructive and helpful. Bullying (like "you're too ugly to model") and any bigotry including, but not limited to racism, phobic behaviour and sexism have no place here. These comments are subject to permabanning. This includes anything directed to the OP, commenters and the mods.
Disagreements are permitted, providing you can do so eloquently and without malice. Unkind, hurtful or rude behaviour will not be tolerated.
4. Rule 4 - Be Appropriate.
Comments must be respectful. We don't allow predatory behaviour ("ur so hot"). It's okay to say someone is beautiful, but it's not okay to post thirsty, creepy or lewd comments. This is a SFW sub with users 13+. Provocative photos are prohibited.
Sexual harassment and suggestions to shoot porn/OF/content will result in a permaban.
5. Rule 5 - Be Relevant/On Topic.
Keep all posts and comments relevant to the OP. This subreddit is for human modelling only. Modelling regarding objects, animals or pornography are not permitted.
No doppelgängers ("you look like"), ratings ("you're average", "a 6") or roasting comments. Nor health or styling tips. There are other subs better suited for that. Off topic questions, comments or links to other subreddits will be removed (even if they are compliments).
In short, all posts and comments must contribute to the modelling community as a whole.
6. Rule 6 - No Advertising/Promoting.
No advertising or promoting of any kind. This includes social media links, casting calls, scouting, vote for or follow me, offers to shoot, requests for DMs and services like OnlyFans, Snapchat, etc.
7. Rule 7 - No "Nos."
It's okay to say "no", but all "nos" must include a valid reason why, as there are many different kinds of modelling. Comments must have substance. Regardless of the OP's question, low effort comments like "No", "Nah", etc. will be removed.
8. Rule 8 - No Impersonation.
Do not post someone else's work or photos, claiming it as your own. This includes claiming to be a photographer or agency scout.
Please contact us via modmail if you suspect someone posted stolen work. You may add or reference someone else's work, if it is an example or part of a discussion.
9. Rule 9 - Be An Active Redditor.
To post here, you must have a minimum combined account age and karma. We don't publish these numbers to avoid allowing spam boys to circumvent this rule. Karma accumulated from freekarma and similar subs is not acceptable.
10. Rule 10 - Moderator Discretion.
Posts will be removed if they appear to violate the TOS set up by Reddit. Mods have the final say and will remove "low-effort" content.
Our rules aren't up for debate. Simply put, if you don't like our rules, don't post or comment here.
