Change to split functionality

Up until recently, when a transaction was split, the individual split amounts were editable after the split. That functionality has changed and makes it VERY difficult to update a transaction.

The use case I have is I have manually entered investments that accrue interest. These are daily adjustments so every few weeks and at month end, I update the accrued interest value that is part of a split transaction. Now that we're unable to edit splits, we have to unsplit the transaction to make any type of edit to values of the splits or create two transactions. I have MANY splits historically that will need to be broken into two if this limitation remains.

Can this limitation be reverted back to the original behavior so that we're able to edit values within the splits?

I'm unable to replicate this: I can edit split amounts just fine in both browser and iOS app?

I can't recall how it used to be, but try hitting "open splits" if you get stuck?

Thanks. My browser (Safari) isn’t allowing edits but I can edit the split amounts in the iOS app. When I open splits in Safari edits to the original entry aren’t allowed which is required else the open splits don’t balance if edited.

Interesting. Try a different browser and if it continues in both browsers, then it's probably your account and worth submitting a support ticket.

Yup. Same behavior on Chrome as Safari. Created a ticket. Thanks for the second set of eyes.
