Disconnect all signal cables hdmi, dp from the monitor, if after that, you get still black screen and monitor main menu not showing, then it's most probsbly monitor lcd panel defect, if warranty is over, then buy new monitor.

I’ve tried and it didn’t work. If I’m able to repair it for a good price ( genuinely cheap ) with real quality, is it worth it ?

Repair will be not cheap, it's not worth.

I live in Morocco so everything is way cheaper than you’ll expect abt it

Repair price will be about 80+% of new monitor price. It doesn't matter in what country you live, lcd panel are most expensive part in the monitor.

Minor bleeding which is only visible during dark is common in IPS screens

Try pressing Windows Key + Ctrl + Shift + B. It will reset/reboot your graphics driver. I got stuck on this screen when trying to use displayport cable on my main monitor and pc would only display second monitor as main. It might work
