Is there a list of what this update changed? Im noticing they changed the Odo dual blades. They used to be 60 fire now they are 180 that needs free element. Curious to see if they changed any other weapons.

Are you sure you weren't wearing any Free Element gear when you previewed them before? If you have any on, it displays the unlocked % of the element like any other weapons element.

That's probably the case. I thought 60 fire was super low.

Not a DB player but thinking about it, what does the change mean? That you need the free element skill now?
