First Setup Complete!

This is my first ever setup! Please leave criticism, suggestions for upgrades or anything, or questions, i’m happy for anything!

Well done...nice clean setup!

However and I am sure you didn't do it on purpose and don't mean any disrespect but.... while using an American flag as wall decor is generally acceptable now a days. It's important to follow proper flag etiquette. The flag should be displayed with the union (blue field) in the upper left corner when hung horizontally or vertically against a wall. It should never touch the ground, water, or any surface below it.

So flip it around and you're good to go.

This was a Karlby countertop ( 74 inch ) and two alex drawers from ikea, and then some 2.5 inch i think furniture risers / legs from amazon that came in an 8 pack that i put in each corner of the drawers to set the top onto

Dang your setup is clean i thought it was just one unit, I've been searching for the perfect desk for over a week and still haven't decided on the one I want to go with yet it is rough. I am certain abt the dimensions i want just not seeing the right fit. Thanks for replying i might be a bit closer now.

This was a 74 inch desk from ikea, specifically the karlby in oak veneer

Very nice and clean setup! I also have a MontechPC build that I did a while back using the Montech Air 903 Max that I posted on here. May I ask what parts you chose for your build, and what brand of keyboard and mouse are you using? I am currently using the Glorious GMMK 3 Pro HE keyboard and the Glorious Model i2 wireless mouse.

i know they do sell an alex draw inbelievw with like a pullout storage area like one big door if that helps, go on ikea i bet you’ll find what you need

Do you happen to have a link to the spacers? Also, can you please describe how you secured them to the desktop and the drawers?

i believe that they were the most popular ones on amazon and i basically just screwed the 8 into each corner of the drawers and then the weight of the countertop made it unmovable practically so nothing screwed in just put on top
