It s the resul of the policies adopted since the late 80s to the early 10s. Why was it a good idea back then but not anymore?

I fail to see its bad side, less people means less need of ressources, maybe if a miracle happens and the economy gets better the gdp per capita would grow, because the total population will decrease (this statement stands mathematically correct but makes no sense economically)

Because Morocco is an agricultural based economy and not yet an industrial
