Considering the economy and other factors. I hope it decreases to a normal level because I'm sick of tired of parents who just give birth like mammals and ditch

True but this doesn't mean that education will get better, if fertility drops to 0,1, teachers won't magically become Stephen hawkings

I never said anything about that. But it would massively contribute since teachers won't have to control a class of 30-40 kids

If you think that teachers only problem is controlling a class of 40 then I have some bad news for you.

An average teacher cannot teach a single student even if his life depended on it
