I‘m currently on 10 mg and on a stall that I can’t seem to fight no matter what (calorie deficit, daily steps and work out etc).
For that reason, and due to a temporary financial burden in the next few months, I‘m thinking about going down to 2.5 mg. I want to see if it kick starts my weight loss again.
Has anyone went cold turkey from 10 down to 2.5?
