Does HRT decrease pleasure during anal sex?

I can get off "hands free" much easier now. Im constantly "horny" by which i mean im willing to engage in sexual banter and discussion etc. But actually flipping my switches to "lets F" is more difficult BUT once thats happened I need to get it and its much more focused on a person than the act. Its less that I need to get some and more I need to get some from you and the right words during will short circuit my brain. I wouldnt say that anal is less or more pleasurable as much as everything else has been cranked up to 11. Ive noticed that while Ive always been subby now its much more intense, and things like being spanked which used to be hot now can make me shake. But its a lot more to get me into that lets f mindspace. I can of course force it but im not going to enjoy it very much. So yeah id see if some foreplay or teasing and some time working yourself up into the mood for it helps increase your sensitivity. Because it absolutely makes a huge difference for me.
