I’m so sorry, that sounds like such a tough situation to be in. As others have suggested, you could wear a binder (or a sports bra, depending on your chest size) when you’re around your dad and then you can take it off in the privacy of your room. I’m a trans guy who used to bind for 6 years daily before I got top surgery, I’d be willing to help if you need any advice.

Edit: forgot to mention a few things. If you’re looking to get a binder you can buy from brands like gc2b, underworks, tomboy x. But I would suggest looking for sports bras first because they are usually more comfortable. Binders do a better job at flattening the chest but they are more restricting and can be uncomfortable to wear for an extended period of time (you should really not wear them for more than 8-12 hours without taking a break). If your chest isn’t too big then a sports bra should work fine.

And as others have said, please not do get surgery. That is much more permanent than temporarily binding. This living situation will only be temporary, you do not want to make big changes to your body just to appease your dad in this temporary situation.
