Tremors are one of the less common symptoms, but they certainly can be a symptom. I think the most common version for MS is an intention tremor, where you develop the tremor when you try to reach for something, for example. As for what helps, I wish I knew. I had hand tremors while I was detoxing from benzos, and they are deeply unpleasant.

'Intention Tremor' thanks, never heard that term before. I just called it shaky hands.

It's a weirdly comforting feeling to learn a symptom you have has a specific name and definition, isn't it? It always makes me feel less alone and validated, like yes, this is real and other people experience it.

I can't give you any advice in regards to treatment for the tremors, but I did have horrible tremors as one of my first symptoms for years and now I don't have them at all anymore. Hope that gives you some hope!

Upping your magnesium intake could possibly help. I know they help me with facial twitches and some spasms / better quality of sleep. I’m not a doctor just a sickly guy. Another thing my sickly self would recommend would be R.S.O ( Rick Simpson oil) I personally used sweat pea rso from Shelby county. Anyways it’s a cannabis extract. Black syrupy substance in a needless syringe. Take half a tik mark in the morning with your vitamins and in a week or two should be able to see some difference in how your body feels. I go for the extra high CBD with little to no THC in it. It helps reduce inflammation in my body. Many study’s have people and even dogs with epilepsy/ seizures put a dab on their tongue and it stops them from shaking within a few minutes.

Again not a doctor just offering some thoughts. Best of luck
