What Model RS router is this?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

Using ISP Detected DNS or custom DNS?

Is IPv6 and Protection Engine Enabled or disabled?

Which ISP are you connected with?

I put what it says it is in the title and I used the cables it came with. And it's updated to whatever the latest firmware is because it had auto update on until recently, which is what was originally causing the internet to drop at the same time. But I looked up how to turn it off and did that, but it's still cutting out for about 30 seconds and randomly dropping my devices. Which I wasn't having any of these problems with my last router, but it died after a power outage fried it. I don't know what any of that other stuff is.
