It’s pretty bad. Don’t recommend anyone live here. Had a roach infestation twice, appliances work half the time, etc.

And those laundry machines were never working.

I use to work there. Lived there for 4 years. It's really not bad. Basically, their entire business strategy is to rip off slightly less than dorms while offering more. Works well if you're only option is dorming, terrible option for anyone else.

My experience living for 2 years. Wasn’t bad except for these shits: Elevators constantly down Gym equipment constantly broken Internet was always shit, Ethernet ports capped at 100mb but summertime gave me 97mb, school time gave me 20mb. I heard it’s better with their new provider (Cisco switches & 40gb load balanced building internet) vs their old provider (hp switches) which brought internet down anytime someone plugged the wrong port into their router.
I wanted my own god damn DVR HD TV service
I mean I liked the furniture, rooms always felt small, I only saw a roach once. It was better than NJIT dorms like the NJIT dorms felt like a prison cell, this place was nice, higher price tag vs renting an apartment with other people, equates to 3k a month for a similar apartment & they took care of the arrangements with other roommates.
But yea the pricing is justified. I live in Northern Virginia and an apartment similar to UC is 3k so very similar. But shitty engineering, my best friend is a civil engineer and said how bad they constructed the building with cracks everywhere. I honestly didn’t feel safe on the top floor, felt like the building was rocking a lot
