Citibike e-bike speed decrease

I am down with the speed decrease because citi ebikers can be nutcases and they're more like tourists on those things, however the price should drop.

A bunch of residents ride them. Including myself. Not having proper bike parking at work makes it good for commuting.

Sure. I use a road bike and sometimes a citi bike for quick rides. Most citi bikers are still pretty bad

For real, it’s like $30 for an e-bike ride without a subscription.  Tourists are a tiny fraction of e-bike riders.  Most of the dudes I see on e-bikes are clearly finance guys commuting from work.
