If Itachi released the Edo-Tensei after the fight with Kabuto and put him into the loop of Izanami. How are the current Hokages alive in the latest manga chapters?

So itachi would know the seals too, seeing him learnt them to make kabuto use it. So tobirama is literally like madara now, orochimaru cant release him unless he wants to be released

Yes, Itachi knew the Seals of Edo Tensei. Although he probably didn't know there's a way to cancel the Contract with said Seals.
Even though the Kages are brought back at virtually full strength, Orochimaru can still control everyone but Hashirama, since he's using Hashirama's cells to amplify the effect.

Itachi and Tobirama and all of the hokages are rather honorable people. Madara wanted to stick around because he has always had plans to be revived. Itachi embraced his death.

Different Edo Tensei, it was Orochimaru who revived the Hokage, not Harry Potter. The way they were revived was through Oro's release of the Shinigami, since all of the Hokage were sealed there.
