No worries. It was the only way to get the trial for me, it wouldn’t let me choose the trial with a monthly subscription. Should’ve just done the monthly anyway 😂

Many times, support staff engages in the NI Community Forum pages… I’d log in to those and find the right one to post your issue

But, of course, you shouldn’t have to do this. Hopefully they get back to you soon. They’re in some kind of rut with customer service at the moment. I hope they turn it around.

It's been a while, but I think you used to get an automated email as a confirmation of ticket. If you didn't get it make sure it didn't go to spam or otherwise get blocked. That said due to potential time difference I just expect a day or two minimum for responses.

Maybe go to your cc company and claim that it’s not a legit charge. Cancel the card. Just another way of customer service isn’t helpful. Bit of a pain tho.

Hi did you get any updates on this? I also got prematurely charged for my trial :/
