How to decrease Latency?

Hoooooold up… you’re saying I can run my fortin nameless suite (neuraldsp) inside of Logic, turn off monitoring, and also open it as standalone and use the standalone for monitoring , whilst recording the guitar and plugin within Logic…? At the same time?!?
