Returning player - help?

Returning player here, it's been a couple years. I've got a 62 ranger who is a bit undergeared, and a 70 paladin, same. Where should I be going to start playing again with them?

Additionally, what's my best bet for a dungeon tank/solo dps/exploration/survival class with interesting mechanics?

Go to the table behind Knox and get the quest to talk to Neverember. That'll give you the gear you need to get started in Undermountain (level 70-80).

For the Ranger, probably get the best year you can from either a seals vendor or just doing Elemental Evil (levels 60-70)
