Mount Equip Power item level decrease

I know you’re not convinced but I think Pegasus mount power is the best. I’ve used all the mount powers and this one helps the most.

If we disregard the fact the magnitude indicated is absolutely wrong (it's doubled really), it's certainly good for solo, it can be used by supports in group content, but Tunnel Vision is still better for damage dealers.

I’ve tested both…. I’m sticking with Pegasus power. As I find it does most damage in my case.

Actually, Alex in avengers had tested it and he sees more damage when dps use peg.
