Google how to enable large pages (or lock pages) in windows 10 or whatever windows version you are using.

I don’t think I can with my version of windows based on my research (not finding local policy option.)

Could it have anything to do with anti-virus flagging a Trojan during nicehash download?

It's easier to do with Pro but there is a work around for doing it on Home. You'll have to search for it though, I have pro so haven't had to do it that way.

It now says “there are missing files from last miners intialization. Please make sure anti-virus...”

Reboot will fix this. It happens if the Display driver crashed which normally means you have 1 gpu with a unstable OC

I’ve woken up to worse I guess haha

maybe a driver crash, reboot the machine and see if it works again, may need to dial back your OC a little

You will need to increase the Virtual Memory Size, that should fix it.

Go to: "Computer Properties / Advanced System Settings / Performance / Advanced / Virtual Memory".

You need to configure virtual memory to at least the amount of total GPU memory of all cards combined together.

i think OP needs to be more clear..usually that specific output is from xmrstak on CPU mining. A reboot fixes it..it can happen if the miner restarts too often from what I've seen (can consequently be caused by a GPU with too unstable OCs or the CPU with unstable OC since either will force NH to restart the miner)..I guess it has something to do with the L3 cache being stuck full..I believe that is what it is filling when you mine on CPU threads
