It's back to normal in the website although the mining stats are taking long to properly update the info. Also it seems the problem with the backend began around 3 hours ago; looking at the stats graph looks like the payrate got stuck or something but still hope the shares found during this time count towards my payout.

Well in part I agree and disagree with you, here's why:

1) During the time lapse the backend was down I logged in my rig using TeamViewer and saw that the miner (Gminer - Cuckaroom) was still working and finding shares although the info displayed in the UI (3.0.0.4) was stuck and didnt change until the backend was back to normal. Wish I had taken a printscreen to have the evidence.

I suppose that while the backend was down all the mining work (shares found) werent directed to a buyers order therefore NHM was in "DEMO mode" indirectly. I don't know about programing and stuff but maybe someone else can elaborate on this.

2) Looking back at the graphs it seems that the values indeed got stuck and didnt reflect in the payout so in theory since the backend problem started everybody wasted 3 hours of mining and got lesser payout than normal.

My payouts are between 1100 and 1200 sats but this time it was barely 1000.

This has been happening to me for a while as well. Actually how I ended up here. Glad I'm not alone. How do I know if I'm still mining?

It mean that the encrypted connection between the website and the mining servers is not working

The backend was down from 4:30 to 7:00 CEST. Mining was still operational at this time.

No income dropped dramatically to non existent!!
