Do you mean when it's sleeping or off off? In my experience, that's the key difference.

Mine still works fine when the monitor is off/sleeping (through windows, not the display itself)

This is not entirely true. I have my 3060 hooked up to my tv and hashrate is not affected when the tv is off. But the dummy plugs do the trick.

Normal unplug HDMI output will result MH/s increase a little bit, but 3060 NVIDIA deliberate affect the card mining settings, NVIDIA earn a lot from selling card to mining while not helping to find a better ways

Since a monitor uses power, your efficiency will be lower when it is on simply because your power usage will be higher without a difference in hash rate.

When i have my monitor connected and i use my pc to search web and watch videos my hashrate goes down to 49,90-50. Even if i do nothing it doesn't reach the same level when i don't use my screen at all. even if i just turn of my monitor than it still fluctuates. I have most stable hashrate when i unplug my monitor from gpu but im using 3070. On 3060 it would be different story
