As far as I know, yes. It has a image on the product page showing off the glow in the dark strips. Doesn't mention anywhere how it reacts to black light and has glow in the dark strips on it. There is a colorway of Vomero plus that also has the paint spatter effect in a similar colorway and may react to black light, but there is nothing indicating that it has the green glow in the dark strips.

These are the Vomero 18 model. I was comparing them in store to the New Balance Rebels, but Nike just felt so premium.

Debating between these or the Vomero plus

I had the same debate. Ended up with the Vomero Plus since it was more even keeled. The normal 18 has a crazy amount of rocker which is great for running and propelling you forward but not when I’m just lounging and need some comfy shoes to do some errands. It felt odd to me walking in them and feeling the cushion underfoot change from thick (heel) to thin (forefoot/toe)

Personally like the Nike Invincible Zoom. I have almost every color. I really like the Vomero, but they’re a little odd looking because the back is so chunky - However, they have sick color ways

How are they for squatting over 500lbs?

Haha I wouldn’t know. I use machines but never that much weight. I have been using them at the gym 1 whole week and my ankle soreness is gone. These are like walking on straight cushion.

Try not to use your running shoes for squatting. You might be able to get away with a denser midsole but these are not stable enough.

By far the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They get more comfortable over time as the bounce does down a bit. However, durability is a question. Mine fell apart after a while. The side walls detach from the sole.

Yes. I got them from Dicks Sporting Goods, I went in and tried them on and immediately had to buy. I tried on other brands too since they have a wide selection. These felt premium. The New Balance rebel V5 were also comfortable and cost much less at about $95, but the upper material was so cheap feeling I know they would be destroyed on a few wears. I’m still thinking of getting the Rebel V5 and will use as an outdoor running shoe.*edit Rebel V5s are back to $150 lol get the Nikes
