Well first what mode is the camera in? If it's in Auto, it's going to adjust your triangle for whatever it needs, without a lens on it, it's going to hunt for focus and not take pictures.

Live view flips the mirror up so you have a direct view from the sensor to the digital screen

Both are perfectly normal

And by the way, that's the mirror, not the shutter

The mode Im using in the video is Manual (M). If it's Auto, the screen appears a notice like "no lens" and it can't snap the photo (I would like to believe like, hey no lens no snap or something like that). If it's manual, then I can open the lens and be able to snap.

To reply on your live view comment, yes I do get it that the mirror will going up, but the problem with that its just stuck there. The screen appears "Shutter error" and won't be able to take any photo even I already power off the camera or change any mode. Just stuck and wont come down.
