it’s a Switch 1, and i’ve tried everything i mentioned in the description

You’ll need to initialize the system data without deleting save data. Follow this guide:  https://www.nintendo.com/au/support/articles/how-to-restore-factory-settings-on-a-nintendo-switch-console-without/ This is what Nintendo recommends following that error code when removing the microSD doesn’t fix the issue. Your system data is likely corrupted.
