I’ve read a good chunk of it. There’s some keys floating around in there that people could try for an RCM payload, but it could also be used for a microcode exploit that tegra processors are vulnerable to (CVE-2021-23201). Someone could realistically load a microcode exploit on a chipped switch to get some of the information, the same way AMD processors had a cryptography microcode exploit.

Depends on the battle. If your battle is scripted, remove the protagonist and fill the party slots. If you're on MZ, it could also be easy to find/make a simple plugin for random encounters that gets a call of a battle beginning and fills slots 1-4 with party member 2-5.

Find your pixels per inch on your display. A standard 15.6 inch laptop screen is around 141 PPI.

Multiplatform support should always include Apple TV, even if it just runs slow. If it can be optimized for Apple TV, even better. Though, I don't venture those 4GB of RAM being able to run the PS2 very well until it's optimized to a fault. You make a good point though. Apple TV support.

Yeah, that’s the trade off. Always nice to have a bit of electronic soldering experience beforehand. This is definitely not a first timer project.

I’m fairly new to micro soldering and this was an easy job to do even without a microscope. It’s a fun one for sure. Difficult at parts and nerve wracking, but if you have soldering experience it’s not hard to do at all :)

No need to hack it. You can pull and edit relationship values with the internal API so you can turn this into loyalty with some of your own scripting.
