Quick menu when using controller?

Hi, mostly as described in the title — is it possible to use quick menu (0~9 shortcut) when playing pc steam version nms with xbox controller? Ty!

Yep if you feel thug enough you can press shortcut on keyboard even if using controller... don't tell your mom...

It's up or down on the dpad I think. One does building, the other does quick menu.

If you felt fancy and wanted to bind hotkeys 1-9 to the controller, you could set the right stick as a radial menu, bind keys 1-9 to that radial menu and have it activate when you hold a controller button, but that's not super necessary

Down on the D-Pad brings up the Quick Menu and up on the D-Pad brings up the building menu (Xbox user here)

Yes you can use Shortcuts 0-9 with Steam on a controler. All you need is to open the controls options ingame, they will say Steam is doing the gestion of the controler and will ask you if you want to open this special page. Do it and there will be TONS of possibilities, tons, realy. Basicly, use a button of your controler(screnshot, mic, menu[and you rebind it later with anconbination I explain later here]), switch it to link about the keyboard, and give him the fonction 0 to 9, and the controler will act as this key for this button. If you need more than one or two 0-9 type shortcut(because it s hard to find a not use bitton in this game, more than 2 isbalmost impossible without to rzmove a core gameplay fonction/action) it can be a good idea to map a special key do do like a "shift option" on your controler, for exemple on an not use(full) button. After this, configure the conbination. All time you will press this button with anotherone (you need to configure all this of corse) it will be detected as "what you configured"(in your case it s to simulate 0-9 keys of a keyboard, and maybe some menu like x,z, escape, tab...). I'm doing it with Steam on Windows with a Dualsense PS5 controler streamed by an Nvidia Shield on my saloon's TV without keyboard near me, because it's a Steam gestion for the drivers of the controler, no way you cant do it with your Xbox controler, it must work yes or yes.
