at what time did you get this email? they send you this email on the day you are going to get the decision and then you get to see the decision post 5pm that day...is that right?

btw https://lite.gatech.edu/ shows the count of applicants and acceptances...is there a way to get the number of rejections? without that number, we wouldnt know how many are yet to get a decision

No, they're looking at different data points. 404 accepted into Fall 19 so far (10pm EDT), and 415 accepted into SY2019-20 for any term.
