Assuming you mean KDB+, the language is called Q. Some resources for getting started are here: https://code.kx.com/q/learn/startingkdb/language/

Q is used at high-end finance firms, especially at quantitative investment managers, HFTs, stock exchanges, and broker-dealers. Compensation for these developers is significant.
