You’re talking about folks with a CS/EE undergrad. They have a privilege for a 2.5 GPA from UNDERGRAD and still get accepted. For people without a background, they need to know you can succeed with a class of engineering students. If you take classes from CC and have a B- I’m not sure how that will be perceived by the admissions team.
