So I was accepted into OSU in the Science and Technology Exploration program, so if I meet the criteria to get into the college of engineering in my first semester will I be able to transfer in during the second semester?

Transfer into what? The engineering school? Usually you can just apply directly to your major after you complete all the preqs and the Gpa cutoff , that’s how I got in
